Neutral. - Become more active on other gamemodes (I know you've started to be) - You have been disrespectful at times (But you've changed that) - Become more active on the forums. (e.g: More Threads to help the server..) - I feel like you'd be bias towards @SpiderVenom_ and @Ant_Pearl as @Swift stated.

No support on my side. Yes you have made reports but only for bedwars. I'd like you to branch out on gamemodes.

Support, you have begun to branch out to other game modes and that show's the intention to continue to do so. However I believe you may have spelled "possess" wrong in the Why I Should Be a Moderator section. Good luck man :D!
So before I make my decision I have 3 questions! 1. What gamemodes do you play? 2. Which do you play the most and why? 3. Which of the gamemodes you don't play or never been on that gamemode?

The game modes differ everyday, I always try new things and get to know the community. The most I used to play was Bedwars, however; I have been more active on Kit/Archer/Op pvp and Infection. I do go to these gamemodes, but the least I visit are the factions and parkour. (just being honest).
