[Remove] Can't Use Same Command Twice

Most minigames on Mineverse won't allow you to use the same command or say something more than once without saying something in between. If you don't know what I mean, go to: Survival, Factions, OPFactions, Skyblock, Skygrid, GTA, Parkour, Skywars, ArcherPvP, or OPPrison and try to do the same command twice or say the same thing twice. You can't. I find this to be extremely annoying.
Examples:
-When I'm about to go on a selling spree at the shop I always do /bal to see how much I start with, sell everything, then check my /bal again to see how big my profit was. Instead I have to do some other random command so I can do /bal again.
-I'm pretty bad at sword pvp so when I do end up playing KitPvP or OPPvP, I need to do /heal a lot. Well, since I can't do the same command twice, I have to stop, do some other command, then /heal again but usually by that time, I'm already dead :/
-I'm playing Skywars and I do /shop to buy some snowballs or eggs to throw at a guy when he's on a bridge. I miss them all. He's on his bridge again. I /shop only to remember that I need to do another command first. I do a random command and do /shop again. I buy more snowballs. I close the shop and... he's completed the bridge and I no longer have a chance to knock him off.
-I have lots of plain diamond armor in ArcherPvP. I do /echest to get it out and enchant it. I can't do /echest to put it back without doing another random command. Same thing goes for my /pv 1 and /pv 2, I have to do a random command to put back my stuff.
-Somebody says funny in the chat. I say "lol". Somebody else says something funny. Can't say "lol" I have to do some random command first.
-My armor is almost broken. I do /fix on my helmet. Do a random command. I do /fix on my chestplate. Do a random command. I do /fix on my leggings. Do a random command. I do /fix on my boots. Do a random command. Say my sword and pickaxe are low durability as well. Repeat the process above ^
-I join ArcherPvP. Somebody says "hi" to me. I say "sup". Somebody else says hi. Well, I can't say sup unless I do a random command first or I have to say something like "hi" or "hello".

I realize this is probably so we can't spam things as fast, but it is extremely annoying to the people who wouldn't spam chat or commands in the first place. My cousin and brother are annoyed by this as well. If you can relate to theses examples or feel sympathy for people who have to go through that ^ then make sure to support.

 

i feel this but i get the whole spam protection thing
if its somehow possible to only make commands able to be repeated thatd be great

I support the idea of it being removed for commands but I think in terms of chat messages it would create more spam so I'll have to not support that :p

Yes that is what I was trying to say. Sorry if I wasn't clear. I think you should only be able to do commands more than once, not the chat because of spam.

I always /ej around in Survival to look for clean land and I always have to do:
/ej
/
/ej
etc.
And I usually get kicked for spam in the end but <.<

 

Support, But you can use dot with the /
I mean:-
/fix = .fix
/bal = .bal
Etc.

Please remove this from commands...

Also, shouldn't the command cooldown be enough to minimize command spam?
After the cooldown, I can use ANY other command (that I have access too), but I can't use the command that I actully want to use because I just used it :/
(Maybe extending the cooldown and removing the no doubling rule would be a better idea for spam prevention.)
