Introduction: Hello Mineverse ! My name is KenjiTakashami, (IGN) Although most people refer to me as "Kenji". I, like most players, applied to be moderator when I first joined the forums. Being new to the forums, I did not understand most of the responsibilities that was required to become a moderator. However now that I have been more active and engaged in the community, I decided to re-open my Moderator App! With that being said, I would love feed back from all who read it. How Old Are You? Fluent in English I understand basic: Spanish French German (I took classes on these languages in school) Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? I record 1080p 60-fps videos with OBS I use Minecraft's default "F2" for screenshots I would also like to mention I have super fast internet (about 90 down and 25 up) that helps upload videos fast and efficient. Why Do You Believe You Should Be Moderator? I believe I should become moderator because I think I posses all the characteristics that are important to a great, selfless and helpful mod. These traits include the following: (Going to keep it brief and to the point. No fancy words) Maturity: Being mature does not mean you have to be a boring brick wall that has no emotions. Being mature means knowing how to act and react to every given situation. IRL I have a job dealing with customers. Those customers need to be happy no matter what. Mineverse is the same way. As a mod I will make sure all the players are 110% satisfied and enjoy their playing experience. Of course there will always be problems and knowing how to stay calm and collective is my line of work. I deal with conflict very well (as I have been trained to do so) and can analyze the most difficult situations to make sure everyone is happy in the end. Active/Dedicated: As stated above, I am a very active player. I have learned the community through almost all the game servers. As you can see in archives, I have made over 300+ reports in all game servers. As a member of the Mineverse community and maybe; member of the staff team, my dedication to this server will grow to make the game as fair as possible. Helpful: As I float around the different game severs, I am actively helping and seeking those in need. Helping players never has to be something big and extraordinary, but can be something small like giving someone money that they got scammed in kit pvp (true story and recent). Hearing "OMG thank you so much" puts a smile on my face, knowing I made someone's day. There are times where I help the whole server by reporting players that seek to cause chaos and try to harm players by simply reporting them and having them removed from the server. Responsible/Reliable: I am aware that there are rules to follow as a member of team. I am the kind of person that makes sure everything is in order to prevent accidental problems. I see, in the moderator team, that people leak information. Whether it is by accident or on purpose, it happens. I can assure everyone that I am responsible enough to take part of my own actions to not make problems for everyone. Honesty: Everyone makes mistakes. As humans it is inevitable. I have always owned up to my own mistakes and corrected the situation at hand as fast and as crazy free as possible. For example: In the past I reported a player. This player, to my point of view, seem to have hacked. I reported the player and later began to review the evidence. After watching the video a couple times, I noticed the player was not in fact hacking. I immediately messaged the mod and player involved to get the player un-banned. Equality: Everyone needs to be treated equally. Breaking the rules is breaking the rules. No should get special treatment. As much as I don't like doing it, I have reported friends of mine for breaking the rules. This does not make me a "meanie head" but it makes me fair. I have nothing against anyone and do not hold grudges. I do not look for reasons to ban people and I do not hold the past on someone. I have witnessed people change for better and worse. Therefore I will not rely on someone's past to decided his/her's future. How Long Can You Be On Sever? These times are rough estimates all based on the EST timezone. (Forums Same Time) Monday: 12pm to 1am Tuesday: 12pm to 1am Wednesday: 12pm to 1am Thursday: 12pm to 1am Friday: 12pm to 1am Saturday: 12pm to 1am Sunday: 12pm to 1am How Long Have You Been Playing Mineverse? I have been playing for the past two and a half years. My old forums account, of which I lost the password to (KenjiTakashami), is still active and has the time of when I first join the server. Have You Ever Been Banned In The Past? Forums: Once for an inappropriate comment. Time: 1 Day In-Game: Twice Time: 3 Days Reason: The fist ban was taken out of context. I was sarcastically joking around with one of my good friends, and another player took it the wrong way. Second offense, I was recording a hacker for evidence and I had to prove the hacks by making her fall into the void. As a spec in bedwars, you can glitch other players placing blocks (which is what I did). That same day someone reported me for "Glitch Abuse" but was ACTUALLY DENIED originally. However, the same mod who denied the report ended up banning me later on. Experience? I do not have experience moderating on a professional server. However; from the community, I have learned basic commands that Mineverse moderators use; such as: /ban <player> <reason> /tempban <player> <time> <reason> /mute <player> <time> /kick <player> /fly /godmode /tp(here) <player> Requirments? 50 Post Count YES Two Factor Authentication YES 2 Weeks registered on the Mineverse forums YES Moderators are required to have Skype or Teamspeak 3 for offline communication. Neutral. You can be disrespectful at times and I only see you on Bedwars. Try expanding to each gamemode. Also, work on your activity on forums. Good luck.

1st Support, you help me with my ban appeals and you're not bias, and you started playing in different gamemodes other than bedwars, and u make lots of report I already predicted you're going to run for mod, I still think you'll do better than some applicants :D I see, u wanted to be a mod that you actually started playing in different gamemodes
Neutral, leaning towards No Support. The reasons for this are: - I think you should post more on the forums, try and help out others more. - Play more gamemodes! Expand your horizons. - As @Teagan stated, you can be disrespectful at times, and you call hacks on a lot of people without recording them at least. - I personally think you would be biased towards players like SpiderVenom_ & Ant_Pearl. I have over 300+ reports :D Thanks for your input :D but as stated I have indeed been playing more game modes as you can see in reports. Also, I do record every game and ONLY assume hacks if it seems obvious; i.e. flying or anti fall etc... ;)
Neutral. You're not the most respectful or nicest person, but as you've mentioned in one of your replies, you're working on that so... That's the only reason I don't fully support. I wish you luck!
