I use MBAM Premium and Bitdefender 2014 and they work well together I used Norton 360 but it was a bit on the heavier side of being a resource hog on my computer.
Bit Defender is Alright but not that good. Norton 360 is a resource hog and picks up most things as a virus which is quite stupid. So I just used Norton Internet Security and it works well like that.
What Operating System do you use? (Windows 7, XP, Windows 8 , Windows 8.1) Windows 7 What is the issue with your Computer? Neither of my Webcams are detected when plugged in Do you got Skype? Yep, add me @ Yin.MC if you have to.

What Operating System do you use? (Windows 7, XP, Windows 8 , Windows 8.1) Windows 7 What is the issue with your Computer? Ping tends to fluctuate at random times (for example, from 45ms to 200) Do you got Skype? Yep, add me @ Yin.MC if you have to.
You don't need to make more then one application. Just wait till I get to you. If you Ping tends to fluctuate then that's your connection side and how it connects.
It might be due to an older networking card or older networking equiptment I.E (Older Routers) Probably due to the ISP or the position of the router in your home (Usually placing the router in a higher location might help)
Well as everytime I tried to work with it kept freezing like you said. I couldn't even run a program nor could you that I tried to run. If it isn't turning on at all try to pull the battery and unplug the laptop from the external power source. hold the power button down for 3-5 minutes. Plug everything back in to see if that works. If not, your laptop might have a reset button. You will probably have to use a pin or a paper clip to reset it.
