This might be a little more updated Mod Applications. Your in-game name: How old are you? What timezone are you in? What country do you live in? What languages do you speak? Do you have 2FA enabled (with Proof)? Yes/No Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence with recording software and Screenshots? Why do you think you should become a mod? What skills does it take to be a mod, and do you have them? Why did you want to apply/try to become a moderator? What is your goal as being a Mineverse Moderator? List things you have done for the Server, outside of the game: How long can you be active on the server everyday? How long have you been playing Mineverse? Which servers do you normally play on? Have you ever been banned/temp-banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Do you have a Skype AND a Teamspeak 3 to communicate to others? Yes/No Have you read all the rules (Forums & In-game)? Yes/No Did you read the requirements to become staff? Yes/No Do you meet the requirements to become staff? Yes/No
No support, some of those things aren't really needed e.g List things you have done for the Server, outside of the game: Describe how you would be different than just an average moderator? People would probably put the same thing about reports, being helpful, having a personality; like Bro, everyone does and if you don't why are you even applying :s
I think the 1st one should stay, because everyone can't say the same thing since they actually have to do something.
Personally, I believe the current template we have is fine and I see no reason for it to be updated. The current questions we have are enough to get to know the person.
