Running 2 1080p monitors with just a single just a GTX 960 is really hard on your GPU. Haha ty they're not that expensive.
Lag = Connection Crashing and freezing is down to your PC. 45 fps max might work on your Laptop/PC well because your screen may only be 30Hz refresh rate. My screen however, has a 60Hz refresh rate, therefore if I drop below 60fps, it will start be become a bit jittery. Anyway, about the build. First off, I don't think it's very good/smart of you to constantly be overclocked. Apart from that, the build is actually pretty good.
