This is my suggestion.

If this was added, there would be an option in preferences to make so specific users can't go on your profile,

If you activate it, you could make a list of people that couldn't go on your profile.

When they would try to on it, it would show: "This member limits Who may view his full profile".

I'm pretty sure the ignore button does this, if not, support. But you should specify that Mods will always be able to view a certain player's profile no matter what.

The ignore button makes so you just don't see their posts. If this was implemented, specific users you chose wouldn't be able to get on your profile, and Thanks.

People may put rude/inappropriate messages, or an argumentative message that the blocked person would be unable to respond to /apoligize for.
