Bounties for OpPvP was very fun when it was enabled. However they were disabled because people just kept spamming inappropriate words as anonymous bounties. Then they never came back :( This suggestion is to add bounties back to OpPvP but disable anonymous bounties. Then everyone is happy!

There would not be a problem... all they need to do is disable anonymous bounties like they have on others servers like prison/kit/gta why not OpPvP.
