Isn't there a thing in chat that tells you the next map as soon as a round finishes or did that get removed? If it's still there then players can just simply scroll up and see the next map and there will still be plenty on time left to change prestige.
With the old plugin, there was a fixed map rotation, but that is no longer the case. Now the next map is randomised and it counts down like 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, (map) and then every player is transported to said map. There is no time in the lobby to switch prestige after learning of the next map. Only a cool-down would work.
