Hey, this is my suggestion:

Moderator Applications and Suggestions: For the first post, keep Support/No Support/Neutral and add Like/Dislike/Agree/Disagree [...] for all the others
Reports: Disable ratings
Introductions and Discussions: If not already added, add Like/Dislike/Agree/Disagree [...] .

I am gonna clear all this out. He wants to add ratings like ''Dislike,Like,Agree,Disagree, etc'' on the comments of moderator applications. He wants to disable all the ratings on reports and... and... and that's it.

Neutral, I get what you mean, but it probably means that people can rate farm. Friendly and like ratings would be dished out to those who support the applicant, and dislikes would be given out to those who no support them (the immature applicants would have a chance to rate abuse), which is why I'd put a neutral on it. Leaning towards no support though.

No, simply disable ratings on reports, the guy that got banned or his friend could rate abuse with alot of dislikes
