I know there is many many threads about the issues going on in prison, but I would like to address a new issue. As most people who play prison know, there was an issue with world guard earlier this day. (for me). People were able to break and greif prison, cyp was notified of this issue then came on, whitelisted the server so that he could fix it. When he was fixing it, plots (/as plots not /p plots) were disabled or he just temporarily deleted the plugin. When he was done, nobody "owned" a plot. The plots still had signs explaining who rented it and what day of what month they were rented to, but the signs weren't working like normal. Although the signs showed what day of what month (and specific time) they were rented to, they didn't show the year, the amount of money they costed to rent. This effects only a few people, myself included. For the past week prison player's enderchests, balances, /homes, inventories and a few other things were deleted. I believed that if I put my balance on my plot, if my stuff got deleted, I could just unrent the plot and get my balance back then re-rent the plot. Then this happened. (I explained it in the 1st section of this thread.) I rented a 20k per 3 day plot until December 19th, 2018. The sign on the plot however, only shows that it was rented until December 19th. I spent over five million dollars on renting my plot until December 19th, 2018. Other people have their plots rented until 2019. Since the plots broke earlier, they have been getting fixed, but they are all being rented until September 26th, 2016. I would be losing over 4.5 million dollars if my plot was rented until then. All I ask is that the plots are rented until their appropriate time. I am not sure that this thread is in the correct section, if a mod knows which section it should be in please move it to there. Also I am sorry for any grammatical errors.
Snoch, I'm so sorry to hear about this and your recent loss! I noticed yesterday morning before the second wave of losses that someone did one-up on you with plot rentals. L1ve_Laugh_love rented plot0corner until Jan 1st 2030!! I actually wrote that down since it was so far out! For what it's worth, the losses I incurred yesterday morning were undone when I logged back on late last night! I'm glad to see cyp (and anyone else too) is trying to fix things and hopefully they can get the correct data restored for the plots too. Best of luck on your recovery! There's still blocks placed all around Prison, there's a bunch of things that need to be fixed. I think it's time for a restart.
We have placed some of those blocks as we are working. Things are being worked on. A reset isn't happening right now. We are working on getting things fixed.
Yes those copy and pastes were from yesterday, June 28th 2016. The times listed are EST which is UTC-5. There is a risk/chance that donations or changes were made after that those times. I think I heard that the plot issue happened between 11:30 am to noonish EST? If these are helpful I could check to see if I have any from the day or two before. I was plot hunting so I may have a few others? I was only including dates past 2016 since the signs do still have current info (minus the four digit year). Old Y2K lessons... always use 4 digit years!
Yes, we are having to set each of the signs by hand on every plot and cell. There are about 100 plots and about 30 cells, give or take a few, so its going to take some time for them to be done. We are setting them in the owner's name. Once your cell or plot is set back in your name, you should be able to use it properly again. I have 1 of my plots fixed and I can tpa to it and use my stuff once again. Like I said, its going to take some time, so please be patient with us.

Sorry Dyna_Mighty, the only 2018 I can find in all my logs is plot62 which I provided above. Reviewing my logs manually, it appears I clicked on the signs less than what I was thinking so there just aren't any more entries beyond what I provided in the prior post. Most of it must have been visual. Sorry for not being able to provide more help and taking so long to reply. :( Blue
I got my 2018 plot back.. it is rented until october 11th now and I lost over 4million in prison money.
You havent lost money. Ive told you that refunds are going to be given back. It may take awhile, but we have all the information with amounts to be refunded to everyone. I went through all the plots and cells and calculated up everything.
