Creative: Concerning Claiming Plots

Hi there! I don't usually ask for help publically, but I'm taking to the help forum to address an issue that hasn't been fixed.

When Creative migrated from PlotMe to PlotSquared, it appears as though MVPs can't claim more than one plot at a time. (Omitted.)

I've already contacted support to no avail. Hopefully this thread will raise awareness for this ongoing issue. Please help! I for one would seriously appreciate if the bug/problem was fixed as a second creative plot would be an incredibly helpful asset to me.

 

I am supreme and this does not apply to me :/ maybe it is just select ranks?

Darn! I know at least some other MVPs are having the same issue. Hope this gets fixed.

 

It explicitly says MVP has access to another plot when looking at the BuyCraft page for it, which is why I got confused when I couldn't claim another plot. http://prntscr.com/bmscnm

 

Yeah, I'm assuming that's the issue. Permissions aren't properly set up? I have no clue.

 

Permissions aren't set up right now as they said they were in the shop.
I've let the team know about this a while back.
