If you haven't noticed, skywars has increased substantially with it's player count. Why is that, you may ask? I well, I will explain. Cypriot & Noobcrew own another server forums (skyblock) which can be found here. This is the forums for (what used to be) 3 different servers. Those three servers are skyblock.net (/survival), skyblock.org (/economy), and the old skywars.com (/skywars). There were issues with the skywars server hosting site, I believe they lost all the data for that server, which forced them to take the server down. Now, as a replacement and fix for that, the ip skywars.com will now redirect back to Mineverse's skywars. As far as losing ranks and such from the old skywars, you will need to email [email protected] to receive a mineverse rank that is equivalent to the rank you had in the past on skywars. (Info taken directly from the message you get when joining skywars) : )
The fact skywars redirects to mineverse irks me. I loved having skywars.com as part of the skyblock network. It also boosted our player count too. But honestly if it helps any crew server I have to accept it. Enjoy the increased player count and finally having good skywars games.
What's wrong with Mineverse, that you must compare it to Skyblock? They are two different servers. It really doesn't matter which it redirects to. What do you find about this community that is "bad", compared to Skyblock? :/

Read the first line... "I loved having skywars as part of the skyblock network". Because thats how it was and I liked it. Its got nothing to do about mineverse; never insulted the community. A lot of our sb community are disappointed that all our network (hellblock, skywars) gets ported to mineverse so we feel like we lose part of our community when it happens, affecting our server. So again, nothing against mineverse, but we do feel like we lose out. It isn't just mineverse with a dwindling player count. Crew and Cyp know what they are doing and I trust that. Rather than redo a server they chose to redirect and bring players to mv. Again read my post. Nothing against you, I just dont like being questioned over things I never actually said. I will not say more to remove purpose from the thread.
