I had a problem of my plot previously because I changed my IGN but now that it is disposed all my rare stuff are gone. Is there a way I can get them back, because I had worked hard for all those rares. :(

screenshot of your plot with old name then email. he will check the ingame name check.

 

I don't think that you can get your items then... unless you could ask cyp if he could get your plot back

Yea if you have no proof of having those lost items then there is probably no chance in getting them back. Sorry for your loss :(
