You aren't, I see your attitude towards players and it's not the one I want from a moderator. You aren't following the requirements, so, as stated, your application will most likely be denied by the boss. (Cyp and Noob) Type correctly too please.
No Support You do not meet the minimal Requirements. And its very hard to read with small font and light colors. EDIT: You also seem very immature with the talking back to players about their opinions on your application, and the attitude towards the players.
