Dan123Thunder Should Be Banned!

Today i was playing Survival peacefully and made a large house that i was going to sell off really cheap (exactly 400 dollars), i said "whoever wants cheap house tpa to me" he did so and he bought the house etc.
He then went on to kill me and take my stuff, then blackmailing me telling me if i didnt have a diamond and give it to him, he would grief the town i had created (just that week). of course i didnt want him to grief my town so i gave him the diamond he blackmailed me for, then he proceeded to kill me and kill me, he then also griefed my whole town i have pictures below (after promising he wouldnt)
I have heard people saying he deserves a rank and i am disgusted.
I am not going to lie, i did swear at him but what was i supposed to do, calmly watch him grief my town (i had no weapons as he has killed me).
He then got his friends on and they started to harass me and tell me i was bad at the game etc, mind you one of them was a 'vip' rank and i thought he was being very rude, especially as he was a 'vip' but then again, its just a rank. I would just like help banning this person, (Ingame name- Dan123Thunder) he is a griefer and a black-mailer, in the pictures below it shows the whole land and how it is destroyed, Dan123Thunder is the main suspect but dropevela harassed me too. and if you do not believe ask TealDuckie as he was there and tryed to assists with my problems, thankyou - GerryTheMiner

Do you have any evidence of him actually blackmailing or scamming you? Griefing isn't bannable so there's nothing we can do about that.

I can Get Up to it when i can I will help gerry and i am sorry to what happened to ur town if i can i will build u a new one or u can join my Lantern Town, as a Survival High Mayor when i was CreepingCombo, but it got robbed so i am only a High player in survival i will still help
