Lol every monitor has a power socket, but the laptop or computer running it needs to have a good enough graphics card, most laptops can hardly run their own screens let alone the monitor you have.

Ever since I was a child I'd be left on the streets, starving, crawling for the tiniest bits of edible food. I was a child of 12, we lived in a back alley. I was sent to the new school, Burnington High School of Technology. But, sadly... I wasn't allowed in. My little sister, Jennifer was crying. She asked the principal "Why can't my brother join"? He said one stern sentence, one that sent shivers through all of our spines. "If you want to participate in our school and be educated properly you strictly need a LG 34UC97C 34 inch curved monitor, without it I'm afraid you just won't be accepted into our school, in fact, any schools around this area." I was heartbroken, how could this happen to me? Only if I had a LG 34UC97C 34 inch curved monitor... Then it happened. While I was in the library, sneaking at their wi-fi... I saw this thread on the Mineverse forums. It had finally happened... The one chance for me to be accepted into the Burnington High School of Technology... All I had to do was win this giveaway and I'd have my own LG 34UC97C 34 inch curved monitor! Hopefully Bacca_ASF has the heart to feed the family of 12 which is in dire need.

EDIT: Just in, my little sister Jennifer has been taken as a hostage. They're asking for one thing and one thing only... The LG 34UC97C 34 inch curved monitor. Sadly, I do not own one myself. This is my only chance to save my little sister. :(

Why:
Me and my brother have never fully gotten along well, and we never gave each other birthday presents or anything related to that. The closest thing I gave him to a present was something that said "I hate you To From Greer." (I was like 5 shut up judgmental people of the internet ;-; ) I'd like to make up every time I ever yelled, scratched, kicked him, or overall just not getting along with him by finally giving him a birthday present that'll finally replace his piece of crap computer that he absolutely hates. I mean seriously, his computer is like 5 years old. He also has a really big desk that would be perfect for this kind of monitor. Hopefully he'll be able to see that I'm not some really judgmental sister who hates everything he does if I win this.
