I'm not asking this for myself. But for a friend of mine. She's interested in video edit production, gaming and photoshop. She's been working her butt off studying for her exams. So as a reward I'm assembling her a custom computer. Although money is tight for her. Especially with her parents having to pay for her aunts funeral. This would just make her day.


Any clue on when you're gonna choose the winner?

Is location a problem? I live in Australia and how would the monitor be transported?

Reasoning: I have been saving up to build a Gaming PC and so I believe that this monitor would accompany it quite nicely. I have recently got into Phtoshop/C4D which requires rendering at a good quality. I also have started editing videos that I upload, and I need a monitor for when I buy the parts and make my Gaming PC. :P
I would be extremely appreciative and this would mean the world to me.

I have been losing a lot of interest in Mineverse, and Minecraft in particular, giving me lots of spare time when I have finished my extra curricular activities and schoolwork. I've started to seek out other passions that appeal to me, such as playing League of Legends, or possibly creating a YouTube channel, whereas I can both entertain people, brightening up their day, AND make a little bit of money on the side. Many YouTubers that I watch give me something that I can enjoy and laugh to daily and become something of a role model that I can look up to, therefore, sparking the interest of me becoming a YouTuber that can amuse and give advice to people of the internet. However, starting a successful YouTube channel is HARD, especially with a tight budget. You need decent equipment to both edit, and record whatever you're going to upload. Recording gameplay on a small laptop would be troublesome, and it would highly benefit if I could have this monitor which would play a crucial role in the process of creating videos. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and I would highly appreciate receiving this gaming monitor. Thank you!

Yes you can connect whit laptop

 

A laptop wouldn't be able to handle much more than light browsing connected to such a monitor. Unless it was some MSI Godlaptop or an over priced alienware/razor.
