and i don't want a refund and another thing its not letting me on the server it just takes like 1 min and says disconnected :(
That isn't enough proof, email [email protected] with actual proof of the purchase, like the receipt.
You should of received an email with confirmation of the purchase, there will also be a receipt on that email. Email the support and they can fix it for you, but make sure you do provide the evidence.
You could have screenshot that in the basket and not have bought it, makes no difference. You need to get the receipt, screenshot it and send an email to [email protected]
