How many days in a row has this been a problem for you? It happened to me once a few days ago but it's been fine since then.
This has happened to me to. Is the issue isolated to infection? Because when it happens to me I don't get my rank anywhere. This, in fact is more likely an un-fixable issue.
Right after the reset, for 4 days I believe, voting wasn't working. It's now working fine for me, it could either be minecraftservers.org or the plugin used to give you the rewards from voting.
