Staff/Modderator Feedback Thread Suggestion

Today I have a suggestion for the Mineverse community!
My suggestion is to created a thread labeled Staff/Moderator Feedback. Under this thread there will be the names of every staff/moderator on Mineverse (Including dubtrack Moderators). Members of the Mineverse community will be able to post feedback under whom ever's name they want to say feedback about. This feedback can only be seen by the owner('s) (NoobCrew), (CypriotMerkz), and/or Head Mods. This feedback can either be good or bad and will help create a kind of portfolio type thing that can show what the staff member is good at and not so good at. This would not to be to embarrass the staff member but to help a Mineverse member in need of help find the best possible staff member to help fulfill their needs. To prevent trolls and fake feedback there would have to be evidence that shows that the staff member actually helped the player. This leads to the second part of this suggestion. Each staff member would have a thread that brings up a graph type thing or like a pie chart with a percent showing how good they are on that topic. For example
Hopefully this can become a thing!
I am always open to new suggestion for this.

NEW:

• Make a system where you can only submit new feedback after a certain period of time to help prevent people from trolling, and bias.
• Have consequences for people who troll, show bias, or don't take seriously which you really can't do considering that you need evidence that the staff helped you in that way. Example: Forum Ban
• Staff shouldn't feel bad about their self's they should use this feedback to help them improve their knowledge In-game and in-forums.
• If things do go bad then just get rid of it

If this did happen, it would make more sense for the people that manage the staff team to be able to look at the results. After all, our job revolves around that. However, I don't support this. People could troll, mess around, and be biased towards staff members making rates go down and in return making them feel bad. It's just not a great idea.

Neutral, as Nanurz mentioned, people could use it to troll &/or hate on specific staff.

This sounds like the 'rate my teacher' website, lol. I am neutral on this idea, reasons:

Pros

• Moderators will gain confidence through nice things being said about them
• They will know what to work on personally, through the constructive criticism of the players

Cons

• This could be used as a way to target staff members and make them feel low
• Staff members may start competing/comparing themselves with others if someone has received excellent feedback but they have not
• A lot of players won't take this seriously
• Friends of Moderators could be bias in their responses

This would be a great section to have if people would stop attacking each other.

It's a cool idea, but as other people have suggested it can easily be abused by people who are biased towards/against certain moderators. No support for this reason, it's a shame though :P

 

You can't be biased if you don't have proof that they are good/not good at something. Maybe this will change your thoughts?

 

but if they're the moderator's friend, they will be less likely to include things they're not good at, and vice versa for the players who dislike the moderator.

You're making this too complecated, just have the person fill out the name of the mod and give their feedback. This feedback can be read by higher staff, and if someone trolls, just hand out a punishment or restrict them from ever giving feedback again, simple. There are some mods who do a good job and are active, and then there are mods that are inactive, biased or don't know what they're doing. But this feedback can help mineverse's staff improve. I support this kind of idea.
