I don't see any reason as to why this should be added, a $5 for just a little bit of special permissions is something that users might find unfair.

 

as cyp said in page 2 or 3, you would be able to get it off being top voter you would be able to choose ;) I can't resolve the people that don't have the money to spend on it.

EULA only effects the actual server, not the forums.. The forums is essentially a separate entity.

You said in the desc that they would get extra perms and stuff, which isn't good because they might abuse it because they got the perks through money, not by applying for mod or something.

 

It really wouldn't be that abusible of a perks ;)
