You could have knowledge of the server but no knowledge of moderating also you could have been a recent mod on a different server very recently joined (just over 2 weeks) and have next to no knowledge of the server. What I said was done on purpose because I have both knowledge and knowledge of moderating. An example of knowledge would be if someone was in a glitched chunk on survival, Creative etc or possibly in a creative trap, I would know how to get them out of it and I'm not denying that much of the player base would be unable to do this but there are multiple examples of when my knowledge would be of help to players.
Could have just said ''it wasn't a typo'' and give a one sentence reason. Feels like you took my comment in a wrong way. Anyhow, gonna stay neutral. Seen you online as a regular player but never really as a moderator. As a person (again, from what I've seen) you don't really seem qualified to be a moderator. Due to your experience however and the way you behaved back then (a positive attitude) I may lean to support.
