NOTE: This may not be the best idea, but it just came across my mind while I was sleeping. So, why not!? Tell me what you think! FOR EXAMPLE: Back in the day, old prison had no donor ranks. If ya'll really wanted to, you could make duplicates of every game mode with donor ranks. We could make our own type of whitelist that only lets donors in so that it's not really, "Pay to win", it'll just be a, "Pay to enter." Clarification: Basically if you're confused, I'm saying that @Noobcrew / @CypriotMerks (or the devs) should make the current gamemodes have no donor ranks, and make a duplicate of those gamemodes and have donor ranks on those. SCREENSHOTS: http://prntscr.com/bhf1ov Either another compass named, "Donor Navigator", can be added, or a second page on the one we currently have. NOTE 2:If possible, special voting can be added on the non-donor servers so things that the donor parts get can be obtained. NOTE 3: People who are donors will be non donors in the non donor parts of the server!
K, ever heard of Wizard 101? Well, I played it back in the day when Minecraft was boring to me. There were certain places where you could only enter if you payed.
I'm saying that there could be two sections. Basically, there will be a section for everyone being a non donor, and a part of the server for only donors, same maps and everything.
It must be in a different server not on a part of the server. Every player now must have the same access as the ranked players.
Really? Okay. It's gonna be the same exact thing, just keeping the payed stuff away from the people who can't/don't pay.
I would support this for all game modes. It isn't fair to the non-subscribed who play the modes but don't have the amazing gear that come with being paid-ranked. Donor server and non-donor server=better balance.
If possible, they could have some kind of voting that allows people to obtain things that are in the donor parts of the servers.
@DoctorDistructo Can I charge access to a specific part of my server, such as a minigame or world? No, you cannot charge for any part of a server. Only the access. Once on a server, all players must have the same gameplay privileges. You may make a different server which features “premium” areas, and charge for access to that server instead, but the benefits cannot carry between servers. What counts as a server? Are proxies one big server, or lots of smaller ones? A server is something a user connects to with their client. The user is on a different server when they leave one and manually join another (in the multiplayer screen). Virtual servers and proxies make no difference; to the client it’s the same server. This won't happen, think of this from a way of making money. If you are a no rank and go to play a server, what's the point in donating if everyone is already on the same level? I don't see a point in donating for something where you won't be the best because you don't have a rank.
