So b4 I start, all credits to @Teeeb, hopefully you don't mind me making this in Discussion also. Ok so this has been happening on forums a lot lately, people have been stating they are going to leave and then they come back in a week or so. But for some stupid reason, players find it worth their time to comment on people's profiles saying stuff like, "I thought you were leaving?" or "Wow. Attention seeker." Its honestly rather pathetic. How does them leaving and coming back affect you at all? Do you not want more people playing MV? Just bringing this to your attention if you've been doing this. And adding it to discussion, not just Off topic. Please think about this for a bit. Thanks.
I agree when you say that is doesn't affect anyone but the person leaving, and it is a little much to be calling someone an attention seeker. But, I think it gets too much when you have a player who has made like 4 leaving threads in the span of a few months, you know? Still, it is rather rude and unnecessary to call them out, some opinions need to be kept to ourselves.

I agree, this has to stop. When did they say it was your business whether they are allowed to come back or not? Things may have changed allowing them to come back.
Because they wanted to inform people they were leaving, they most likely did not know at the time they would be coming back.
privately telling ppl is eZ pZ people are accused of seeking attention due to how they tell people they are leaving if you dont want to be accused of seeking attention, stop making threads. easy peasy
^ It's a good point, and I did consider both sides of the arguement. This has a good point that sometimes people come back with a care-for-nothing attitude.
