WHY CANT I GET HELP AROUND HERE?

Hello, I would first like to say how I'm very disappointed in this server due to the lack of help i received on it. I have not been on this server for quite some time and i think it was like 2014 or something like that but I don't remember anything. When i came on the server now I had access to everything except sky block which i was a regular player on. I was very shocked by this and tried to join multiple times. I even restarted my Minecraft and my laptop to try and resolve this. When I asked for help nobody responded not even a moderator, admin or a single person. It may be possible that I was banned however, it does not say that and it has been 2 years i believe within that time I should be allowed back on to restart. Please help resolve this problem and make it possible for me to play on this good server thank you for your time and reading this.

Does it give you an error message when you try to connect?

 

no, when ever i click sky block on navigator or do /skyblock it takes me straight to lobby ... weird

 

What message does it say in chat?

There is no message that appears when i click sky block, i thought i was banned too but nothing confirms it and i was last on 2 years ago so i don't remember

 

I do not think that the ban message continues showing up, but I could be wrong. I have never been banned so I do not really know how it looks. One of the mods can confirm if you are banned or not though. Is this your in-game name?

The only thing I can find that was dated back in 2014, in Skyblock.
It is possible that you have been banned multiple times on Skyblock, by moderators who were online, not reports. This might've resulted in a perm ban.

If that is the case, you will need to create a ban appeal and explain why you think you should be able to play again. Not post these types of threads and talk about how bad our "service" is. I haven't had a private message asking about this, so you haven't tried every avenue of getting help. I am happy to help in any way that I can, but its impossible for me to see every thread that is posted. And I get so many tags and alerts per day I sometimes miss them.

 

It was 2 years ago i don't even remember what I did... i could right an appeal but tbh i don't know what i would be writing for.. its been so long that I've changed my name from XJAMMAZZAX to xJAMMAx i mean i deserve to be allowed back on to play again. I don't blame you its just annoying me so much on how i love this server sorry
