HeyoHeyo. When name changes were released i know alot of players lost their ranks, I was one of those players, I havent came around much after that, since there was no answer to my question.
I had the sponsor rank, Whilst my name was FebrezeHD. I still do not have my rank, over a year. If anyone knows any way for me to get my rank back, please respond if you can. Thanks!

 

I recommend you email [email protected] and tell them you lost your rank and want it back.

 

You need picture proof/evidence of the rank you had back then and the rank you have now.

 

The credit card used for the purchase is no longer in use, and the emails have been erased of proof.
Is there any other proof i can provide?

If his question is answered and he is now able to email support to get his rank back, things should work fine, I would assume.

I take it he was unable to find any evidence of the alleged purchase? I also read that you no longer have access to the email and the bank account used, which is quite inconvenient. I guess telling him you have the rank on KitPvP will be sufficient, although not ideal.
