KitPvP: Inventory and Pv's got reset. I have proof

My kitpvp inventory got reset. If I provide video proof will I get my stuff back? @Noobcrew

Your items are unable to be refunded, but if you have proof of your previous balance (that you may have lost), you can private message one of our Staff Managers or Pile. Hope this cleared things up!

 

That's stupid. May I earn the reason why I don't get my items refunded when I have proof?

 

There was glitches, etc., duping, and it's really hard to do that for everyone. It's not stupid.

 

You will have to bring this up with a Staff Manager because I am not entirely sure on the reasoning and don't want to give false information. May I lock this thread now that I have cleared things up for you?

Kitpvp was reset. Everyone lost everything.

 

Since this has been resolved to the best of the mods ability by telling you that you cannot get a refund/reimbursement do you want this locked?
