Firstly the premise of this is completely insensitive and inconsiderate. We do not need to encourage any sort of bullying, including telling people it is ok to tell someone else to die. Never should be ok.
It carries a harsh punishment because it is a serious matter to wish a life to end no matter the persons mindset.
That won't change just because you think someone is annoying and attention seeking or lying and you want to tell people that.
And do not say "well its the internet, if you cant handle it, its your own fault". This server is supposed to be family friendly therefore people are supposed to feel safe here and cannot if people are allowed to tell others who may be really contemplating to go commit suicide.
Ridiculous and poorly thought out suggestion.
