Last time I checked, they c ant even give back ratings.. Messages, they can just undelete it. Unless, of course, the person was spam cleaned.

The only way one can lose ratings is if a thread is permanently deleted, resulting in all ratings from that thread being removed. However, if they're just removed from public view, then the ratings will remain. I'm not sure how often entire threads are permanently deleted but I can't imagine it happens too often so this is most likely a glitch. Support
