KitPVP auction scamming

Kit PVP multiple people scam in auctions but never get banned because it's not the Right Scam...

Bannable auction scamming
-it's when a Named item is auction made to look op so someone bids a lot and in reality its a horrible item.
Non-Banable auction scamming
-it's on Kit PVP. on kit pvp you can't auction a named item which prevents the Bannable auction. So people auction a useless item and they have a friend to Auction a lot so that the next person who does /bid gets scammed a bunch of money.​

I've seen multiple people get "Scammed" this way but sadly its not bannable... Why? idk.. But it should be bannable... Right?

if someone bid 5000$ and i did /bid I loose 5001$ for a p2 helm... but mods say "it's your choice to bid"

 

I have a Q if i auc a idem and it is a raw mutton so it says Unkown but i say its a spawner so some1 bids 10k is that banable

You can just do /auc i before you bid, it tells you what the item actually is.
