Have a delay of 30 seconds before a player is able to buy a lottery ticket?

 

Probably like 5 seconds, 15 seconds is to long.

 

5 seconds seems a bit too short, imo.
10 - 15 seconds might work.

 

Support, this could make the pot have a higher price in it.

Maybe allow more tickets be purchased, say 10-15? Then it's not too overpowered :P
