Recently I've been having a number of rank problems, since I came third on the build competition I was supposed to win anything for $5 on the shop, so I asked for my alternate account, Elric, to be promoted to premium. This didn't happen for about a week or two so I kept asking about it to the host of the previous competition, she told me that she had told Cypriot multiple times. I eventually did get the rank but it wasn't on Elric, it was on Elrak. I lost my God rank and now I have no rank on Elric and Premium on Elrak. I'd like for this to be fixed. Thanks. Have you tried messaging @CypriotMerks on here? I am not completely sure if that will work but it's an idea?
So, just to clarify: What is supposed to be correct is Premium on Elric, God on Elrak, right? And what's happening now is Premium on Elrak and nothing on Elric? Also, do you know who archived your thread? If that Mod archived your thread you could contact that Moderator and try to figure out a way to get Cyp's attention. @Dyna_Mighty Are you able to contact Cyp? Sorry if this is repeating what others said, but basically the end goal is ALWAYS to contact Cyp, as there's no other way.
Honestly, there is no other way to solve this other than finding a way to contact Cyp and hope he replies soon enough. I'm sure he'd be happy to help out someone like you :p Unless you can get someone to upgrade you on both accounts, which would be sort of impossible if @An.onymous_One didn't exist :rolleyes: but he hasn't been too active lately So... er... @Pile @Nanurz @Dyna_Mighty ?? :lurk:
I would expect Cyp to transfer the premium to Elric whilst giving back your God rank. @Dyna_Mighty @Nanurz @Pile could you contact @CypriotMerks, perhaps?
