Moderator Applications

I have a suggestion about moderator applications.

You know how in the announcements section only the Owners and Admins and post there? I think this should be the same with the moderator applications, except a little different. If you are able to make the requirements, you will be able to post a thread in the moderator applications section. If you don't make the requirements you will not be allowed to post there.

Yes! Support! There are so many apps from people who do not meet the requirements, this would help reduce the number of invalid applications.

It's a very good idea, separates the below requirement mod apps and the good mod apps

Support, the requirements have done nothing to stop people from posting a 10 second app and for people that are trying to get their post count up all they have to say is no Support on the apps that are non detailed no feedback is really needed on their apps.

This highly needed, a majority of these applications are from applicants who don't even meet the requirements.
