That argument is invalid, you cannot be "too young", as long as the job is done well and proper then there is no reason why he cannot become a moderator.

I apologize, however you are not even 12 yet. I do not believe that someone of your age should have this job. Yes, your application was really well made, and you seem mature. However, you're not even in 6th grade yet if I am not mistaken. You haven't taken on the challenges in life, and the stress, in which you can apply / imply into gameplay. What do I mean by this? I mean that by taking on like goals such as: being an owner of a social club or a team, would teach you how to be a good leader, in which is a positive trait for mod. At that age, you shouldn't even talking to people on the Internet. I believe that you may make mistakes due to the fact you are young. Please, do not take this personally. This is my honest opinion on the matter. You may seem qualified for staff and all, yet when it comes down to it, you are still 11 years old. You may not act mature in serious situations. You will make mistakes because your brain hasn't even fully developed yet. You haven't learned to take on stress, which is a big factor of being staff on a network. Once again, do not take offense to this, as it is my opinion. In game, I have seen you act immature. I feel like you'd be the type of mod to abuse his/her power. I am sorry, no support.

 

I did not see this. In response to this however, it's all invalid if he can do the job. Many moderators have been promoted under the age of 14 and have done great jobs. Age is nothing.

 

Statistics show, not even on mineverse, but on every server, younger staff tend to abuse more then older staff. It is because of maturity. You can act like you are mature, but in reality, maturity comes with age. It's just like how someone may be the smartest 10 year old in the world, yet they're still 10. They will still want / do childish things, due to them not being fully matured.
