Sorry, unfortunately, I am unable to assist you in getting a reply from support. All I can do is wish you luck.

Be sure to describe your issue as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Clearly state that you have already tried buying the /spawn and inventory clear package and that it has not helped, and maybe discuss the points I mentioned in my earlier post.

As an Administrator on another server, I can say that these issues are somewhat rare, but not unheard of, and we haven't come across any that could not be resolved before. So, it might take a bit of dialog, but I'm sure there's a way they can fix this for you.

Is there any way to fix corrupted chunks?

Also, support has been receiving many emails lately and Cyp is probably helping Crew out with MineTime, thus the late replies (my guess).

3 things to do:

1. email [email protected] for help. Screenshots will help. Show the error screenshot
2. Go to shop.mineverse.com and buy a teleport to spawn.
3. Right before you click play on the minecraft launcher, and switch your version to 1.8

I thought Mineverse was only 1.9.2 and below? Can you connect to other gamemodes?

 

Glitched chunk I'm guessing, same thing happend to me and toheed on factions almost a year ago, cyp got on and fixed the chunk straight after though.

I got stuck in Mordor before and a friend helped get me out with pistons

I got put in mordor with a knockback sword and died by a person named ikkikurogane, my brother ( billiamq ) was put into a different chunk of mordor by a person named sombro.

my brothers is "[proxy] lost connection to server."

Edit 2: We're out, all you have to do is log in with terrible internet speed and spam the 'RESPAWN' button, then it will kick you, then log in again and you're out.

 

Guys it seems your having problems on this broken survival iv'e been it in TWICE and i figured how to get out you first want to go to the shop and go to extras and buy the "return to spawn" and you might say HEY IV'E TRIED THIS IT DOES NOT WORK GET OUTA HERE LOSER and I say yes it does all you have to do is Spam The buy button hope this helps

Ok so if you still haven't gotten out of there read this: I was once trapped in a corrupted chunk and had died in it I wait a while and it mighta been lag or it might have been I didn't try to get on for a while but the Internal Exception was slow so I clicked Respawn it kicked me but when I went to try again I was at lobby it might have also been I bought $0 free trip to spawn and after a while it did its work while the Internal Exception screen was slow
