There is no lack of staff. There's a lack of staff that can actually do their job and be active

As of right now, there is a lack of staff. If you don't count our head moderators we don't have enough staff members for each of them to be on the server for at least one hour a day and still have at least one mod on at any given time.

After the next promotions we should be good, until next month. It's a repeating cycle really.

 

Well I mean multiple mods did just resign/get demoted. So yes there is a lack of staff at the moment. But I am sure they are working on looking for the perfect people for the job.

 

I fully Support this Idea...

 

This is fun to see you talking about who is getting promoted :p i do believe we need a full select of staff members but Its hard to find people that have good potential in cyps eyes.

 

Support. Especially with the part where you said more staff ranks. Having Mods doesn't really solve most of the issues.

 

I think Cyp is doing a great job picking great staff members, but its hard because staff are starting to get demoted/resign.
