How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can be on the server around 7-10 hours each day, and the forums around the same. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I've been playing on this server for about a year now. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I do. I was a Moderator on a server before, but was soon promoted to Admin after writing a 15 page application in a book and quill. I shortly quit that server to focus my attention on Mineverse. Why do you think you should become a moderator? I think I should become a moderator for quite a few reasons. For example, I am: ~ Friendly ~ In my opinion, I am a very friendly person. I always have a good attitude, whether I'm in a good mood or not. Not to mention, I always have a smile on my face. I am open to helping people, and I think I'm pretty good at it, too! Being friendly is necessary when moderating, and in everyday life. I try to share my happiness with others whenever I can. I greet people whenever they join the server, communicate with them in-game, and say goodbye as they leave. I am almost never mean, but we all have our moments. I make friends quite easily being the nice person that I am, so if you see me in-game, feel free to say hi! ~ Mature ~ Maturity is something that not everyone possesses, but I do. I realize that moderating a server isn't all fun and games, it's hard work, too. I know this because I was a moderator on another server that wasn't nearly as major as Mineverse is, but I still know all the responsibilities of a moderator. I joke around whenever I can, but I know when I need to be serious. I will never act like a child while doing my job, even though I am a child, haha. I do not tolerate favoritism, so yes, I'd ban my best friend if necessary. ~ Experienced ~ As I stated above, I have experience being a moderator. When I applied, I got the job the next day. Then, a week later I applied for Admin, a 15 page application in a book and quill (harder than you might think). I got accepted within 5 minutes of the submission. I did not get demoted, I resigned so I could focus on Mineverse, mod or not. I know all the basic commands that a moderator has access to, as well as when to use them, such as /ban, /kick, /tempban, /mute, etc. I will never abuse my powers, and will be as fair as possible. I will think long and hard before even thinking about banning someone, and I will make sure to decide correctly. I type quite fast, and this helps with giving players the information they need to know. ~ Active ~ I am already very active on both the forums and the server, and still will be as a mod, if not more. I am on the server/forums around 7-10 hours a day. During that time, I keep an eye out for anyone who may be breaking the rules. If I witness this, I usually report them right away, unless someone else beats me to it. I usually spend 45min-1hour on each game mode a day, and if I still have time, I repeat this. Yes, I mainly play Skyblock and KitPvP, but I will be more active on all game modes if granted mod. ~ Selfless ~ I am truly selfless, as I put others before myself. I go out of my way to make others happy, even if I am not in the end. As long as everyone else is happy, I'm happy. If someone is sad about something, I help cheer them up without making them tell me things that may be too personal. I am selfless by choice, as I choose to put others before me, and that's how it's always been. If there is anything else you'd like to know, ask away! I am open to all opinions, good or bad.
