      Yesterday half the group had to make their signature small cakes and small tarts. I was in the group making it. So, my signature small cakes is called the individual passion fruit mousse cake and my signature small tart is called fruit tart filled with lemon curd mousse in a shortbread tart. Tell me what you think of my product

      At first, I thought I couldn't do it myself. With the 3 days: prep, making and assembling/ decorating I followed the recipe and made it on time. My teacher and classmates like it so much
      Hmm, I've never thought about that. Sounds interesting to try
