Hey Zyro. I have had experienced that problem too. Let your sister try to do // or just do another command that is not /is or /sb . If she also set her home there, tell her to try to do /home .
Eh, so I didn't call her to do // but she do /kit Titan and /enchant and a lot of other commands every day, but when ever she wanna do /is or sb, same message appeared, I just changed her name to FlamingFrozen, wish that worked :P
