HELP

So basically I broke a spawner with a silk touch pick, and i lost my sheep spawner, I must get it refunded, although i didnt buy it with irl but i bought it with igm, please help, I am sure i cant sleep tonight

 

Sorry but if you lose items in-game or lose anything in general on the server It's not refundable.

And Also, I asked that you should break when silk touch pick is used, i even put a layer of bloks under the spawner and when i break the spawner with my silk touch diamond pick, it didnt even drop, and also no clear lag remove entities was happening on that time (skyblock) so someone please help. PLEASE

We have just told you that we do not refund items. This isn't a glitch, I believe we just disabled silking spawners.

But Basically I have asked and confirmed a staff before that silking a spawner will drop the spawner, I even asked again, "you sure"? So yeah, I broke it and nothing came out, and they just made that not drop the spawner, I didn't even get a notice and I lost my spawner. I am actually ok to lost the spawner but MV staff should really think before they update and also at least post a big announcement or else I won't my spawner.
