I was thinking about the new requirements for staff, and I wondered that if you didn't follow the requirements, your application would be locked and archived. If it isn't, then I suggest that this be the case, and if the applicant doesn't follow the template, their app gets closed as well. Please read : Only apps that are made after this was to be added, would be closed. Maybe even some recent apps would get closed too, but I understand going through all invalid apps would take too long thus why I choose to only close apps after this gets added, if it even does.
Support, they should look at the format before posting an application. Edit: Add this to suggestions ;)
It is not currently the case and honestly I think it would end up causing arguments and disputes over the closure of applications, it has some what reduced the amount of apps there are, SOMEWHAT
Have they ever thought of having higher requirements set for people to apply? This may reduce the amount of applications and ensure that people most qualified are applying.
I think that there should be a 24 hour warning to this, because in the chance that someone makes a good app but forgets the 2FA for example, why lock and archive immediately? Neutral.
