I think on the Moderator application template we should add

-Are you aware of how hacking works, or would you know them when you see them?
-Have you been on the forums for over 2 months?
-Do you have a hacked client on your computer? if not, can you show us proof that you don't?
-Do you know how to properly use the ranks commands? (ex; /mute or /tempban)
-Are you capable of being there when a player needs you?
-What do you hope to achieve in the community if you do get this rank?

There's already a thing on this in the mod requirements. Also it's easy to look at their profile and see.

If they don't use it on MV why does it matter?

This is part of the mod training process. They aren't required to know the commands to become mod.

And generally the format is fine as is.

 

I could ask same question to you. Are you aware what hacks are? Since you accused me of "hacking" lmao.
