As a new player to the forums, I've been lurking through each of the sections quite a bit. While doing so, I stumbled upon the Moderator Applications section. I noticed something within them that was kind of off putting, I guess? Suggestion is, if a current moderator is deciding to search through applications, that they should be required to, instead of just "Support" and "No Support", to at least give some advice. People who are applying want to know how to improve, assuming these people are dedicated towards their application. Moderators should, if choosing to leave a response on an application, have to leave a good reply. Something helpful; give advice on how to applicant can improve and work their way to eventually being promoted and reaching that goal!
This really isn't only for moderators, its for everyone. If theres a newbie then everybody should give out tips and tricks how to get more support. Support
