Hello everybody, I just remembered today that Mojang (Microsoft) has put the .eula for minecraft that hasn't been used as advised into place. Large servers are being forced to stop selling ranks. I'll give you guys as much as info as I can, but you need to do this IF YOU WANT A RANK! READ THIS: If you would like a RANK AT ALL, now is your opportunity. Who knows when you can't? Please, I recommend doing this NOW before you can't. And no I'm not trying to get Noobcrew more money, well maybe cuz i <3 that kid, but you may look this up if you want. Please, for all of you wanting ranks, now's your chance. The eula will be fully implemented for our server soon; I don't know how we'll continue going, but we will. Anyways, thanks for reading. Be sure not to lose your opportunity, I hear people who have already bought ranks will keep them.
Not really, all you have to do is play on versions lower than 1.9.3 since the .eula file will come with the update 1.9.3 and will only affect that version and higher. Best thing is to just use 1.8
This makes no sense... The server will either comply with EULA or shut down. If it complies with the EULA, ranks will do different things. If it shuts down, then that's money wasted. EDIT: or nothing will happen at all
The EULA infringements only apply in 1.9.3 stay in any version lower then 1.9.3 and you're good + if the EULA has been working for a while wouldn't the server have already been blacklisted?
1.9.3 is the starting point of the non-pay to win. Any versions before this won't be affected, alot of staff from other servers have been talking about staying at 1.9.2. Pretty pointless update tbh.
No, nobody really followed the EULA back then. But its been the same throughout the time. Microsoft is just pushing it into gear now.
No, we can still have ranks but they can't have kits or anything that gives a higher advantage to other players. We could have ranks that give you pets, trails, player deaths, etc.
