Hey Coastic.

I think you're an amazing person and I'm glad you're my friend. But as much as I want to support I'm going to have to go with neutral.
I know your circumstances have changed but why leave for a month or two then come back? There are a lot of ex-mods doing this recently and I don't think its fair that you can leave when you want then just re-apply a month or two later.

I hope you understand, I may change my mind.

I wouldn't call it "unfair" because I still have to go through the same process again. I applied so soon because I missed it, and I wasn't able to accomplish much in the short time I was moderator. However, I completely understand where you're coming from, and I respect your opinion. Thank you <3
