I believe that staff members should be required to have conversations open to deal with private reports, appeals, etc. It's not so much about profile posting, but more of conversations. As you could post personal information in a convo aswell as whatever else you wanted to post on the profile.
Reports, Appeals etc are done in private that the general public can't access. Once the report is handled it's then locked and put in the Archives where everyone can see.
Thank ya Yes, I do understand that, however it would be nice for personal issues and contact. It makes the moderator seem closed off and not willing to help in situations that require personal help that cannot be resolved in a thread.
The issue with private messaging reports/appeals is that it makes it impossible for other staff members to find, if the Moderator who was messaged doesn't log the evidence. Neutral for now.
