Rank Problem

Recently I've been having a number of rank problems, since I came third on the build competition I was supposed to win anything for $5 on the shop, so I asked for my alternate account, Elric, to be promoted to premium. This didn't happen for about a week or two so I kept asking about it to the host of the previous competition, she told me that she had told Cypriot multiple times.

I eventually did get the rank but it wasn't on Elric, it was on Elrak. I lost my God rank and now I have no rank on Elric and Premium on Elrak.

I'd like for this to be fixed. Thanks.

Idk if this is possible, but you can (somehow) tell Cyp with evidence that you were God so that you can get the rank back. Not sure if it's possible...

 

He already knows that I was god.

 

Have you tried to talk to Cypriot personally? Maybe message him and see if he answers?

 

That won't happen, I've had multiple moderators speak to him about it.

 

I mean he is very busy right now, which may contribute to this not being fixed. Has he answered the moderators?

Here are some solutions (Sorry if they've been said or you've tried them):

Speak to Cyp personally (Try Dubtrack... He's on sometimes)
Ask @Nanurz maybe he can talk to Cyp for you

I don't know of any other possible solutions, but if you need further clarification, etc., you're welcome to drop me a convo.
