Support, I suggest just having a spawn full of popular parkours and then parkour plots. You can have your own plot and if you are in your plot and you do /parkour build, then it would take you into creative and lets you build your own parkour, but you cannot get out of your plot if you are still in /parkour build. If a plot is abused and used for another purpose (Other builds besides a parkour), then they would receive a punishment of some sort.
