Well, at the start of the year, you were pretty active. Now, obviously you're still very active, probably more active than me *spoilers*. However, for some reason I don't see your posts in threads :p So... it leads me to think maybe you should get more active in replying to help threads and discussion, as well as suggestion threads However, you are a really helpful person and you're always very kind. In-game, you're pretty quiet, you don't necessarily go out and help people, so that may be something you can work on. I believe that a Moderator needs to be able to provide not just support to the general community, but he/she also needs to be able to relate to or understand individuals' opinions, mistakes, etc. They must be forgiving, and not be arrogant. I don't think you're quite there to the "individual support" part. In short, I find you can provide support to the community, and is very knowledgable, but you won't be able to provide that emotional and personal one-to-one support for a member of the community who may be experiencing issues in the gameplay system, etc.
